This position offers day shifts only. Work with Hartford HealthCare at Home in Watertown, Connecticut.
Provide physical therapy treatment in accordance with a plan developed by a Physical Therapist. Manage a daily patient caseload and maintain clinical and reimbursement documentation.
Requires a current Connecticut license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant and certification from an APTA-certified school. A minimum of two years of experience in an in-patient, out-patient, or home care setting is required.
