Join Johns Hopkins University as a Substance Use & Behavioral Health Linkage (Dept. of Pediatrics, Div. of Adolescent & Young Adult Medicine in United States. The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Adolescent & Young Adult Medicine is seeking a full time Substance Use & Behavioral Health Linkage. Under the direct supervision of the Co-Principal Investigators and the Sr.

Key Responsibilities

  • & Responsibilities Work with patients with substance use and other complex social and behavioral health conditions to identify and connect patients and families with appropriate resources.
  • Provide linkages to resources, support, outreach and coordinated care to patients.
  • Assist with interdisciplinary team crisis intervention, problem solving and idea sharing.
  • Facilitate enrollment and appointments for specialty substance use services and behavioral health care.

Requirements

  • $26.25 HRLY ($47,000 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.) Employee group: Full Time Schedule: M
  • 5:00 (days & times subject to vary) FLSA Status: Non
