Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity in patients suffering from disease or injury. This role involves identifying the level of dysfunction through assessments and implementing evidence-based care plans to help patients achieve mutually established functional goals.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and must hold a valid Florida Physical Therapist License and a current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification upon hire. Required abilities include excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service capabilities.
