Key Responsibilities
Staff members receive and process allegations of delinquent and undisciplined behavior, assessing risks and needs to ensure community security and juvenile well-being. Responsibilities also include providing case management for youths on probation and post-release supervision for committed juveniles.
Requirements
A minimum qualification requires either a Master's degree plus one year of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience in counseling or human service case management with juvenile/family populations. Applicants must also meet necessary special qualifications, including passing various screenings and obtaining Juvenile Justice Officer certification.
