Key Responsibilities

This role serves as the initial point of contact for patients in an outpatient facility, responsible for greeting, checking in patients, verifying information, scheduling appointments, and updating the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience is required, along with at least one year of recent relevant experience. Candidates must possess basic knowledge of insurance policies and patient billing, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
