Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, current NYS PT licensure, and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Experience with Neurological and Vestibular Rehabilitation is preferred, along with a Master's or Doctorate degree and specific certifications.
