Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ substance use history and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective support.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid Substance Abuse Professional license/certification or related preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct counseling or facilitation experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting.
- Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities and recovery principles.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
