The Registered Nurse Case Manager serves as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to facilitate quality care throughout hospitalization. They are responsible for conducting utilization reviews, managing discharge planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred, and applicants must be willing to enroll in a BSN program if not already completed.
