Key Responsibilities

Provides ongoing psychotherapy to patients of all ages and their families through individual and/or group settings, using techniques and interventions individualized to the patient.

Performs initial mental health evaluations for patients, including assessing need for ongoing psychotherapy or other services.

Works with patient to develop treatment plan, including specific goals and objectives to be addressed in psychotherapy.

Provides case management, referrals, and discharge planning.

Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
