Key Responsibilities
- Provides ongoing psychotherapy to patients of all ages and their families through individual and/or group settings, using techniques and interventions individualized to the patient.
- Performs initial mental health evaluations for patients, including assessing need for ongoing psychotherapy or other services.
- Works with patient to develop treatment plan, including specific goals and objectives to be addressed in psychotherapy.
- Provides case management, referrals, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
