About the Role
Join Cortica as a part-time Behavior Technician in Pasadena, California. Help children with autism and developmental differences build communication, play, social, and daily life skills using ABA techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group ABA services in clients' homes and clinics.
- Document session data to support treatment goals.
- Collaborate with families and supervisors.
- Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
Requirements
- Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
- Reliable transportation within 30-40 minute radius.
- Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.
