Nurse Practitioner - National After-Hours Team - Part Time - PA and NY or MI Licensed

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours clinical support, providing telephonic care and medical direction to residents in senior living facilities. Coordinate care between facilities and providers while documenting encounters accurately in the EMR to ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience and active licensure in Pennsylvania and New York or Michigan. Candidates must possess national certification as an ANP, FNP, or GNP and be comfortable managing high call volumes in a virtual environment.
