Behavioral Health Therapist I - Pediatric OCD Clinic

About the Role

Join UPMC's Pediatric Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Program as a Behavioral Health Therapist. This outpatient and intensive outpatient program treats patients aged 5-18 using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement.
• Complete clinical documentation same day.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Engage families in treatment and educate patients.
• Coordinate services and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

• Relevant behavioral health therapist qualifications.
• Ability to conduct assessments and therapy under supervision.

Benefits & Compensation

• Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000.
• Work schedule Monday through Friday during daylight hours.
