About the Role
Join UPMC's Pediatric Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Program as a Behavioral Health Therapist. This outpatient and intensive outpatient program treats patients aged 5-18 using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement.
- Complete clinical documentation same day.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy.
- Engage families in treatment and educate patients.
- Coordinate services and participate in team meetings.

- Relevant behavioral health therapist qualifications.
- Ability to conduct assessments and therapy under supervision.
