About the Role

Join UPMC's Pediatric Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Program as a Behavioral Health Therapist. This outpatient and intensive outpatient program treats patients aged 5-18 using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Key Responsibilities

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement.
Complete clinical documentation same day.
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy.
Engage families in treatment and educate patients.
Coordinate services and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

Relevant behavioral health therapist qualifications.
Ability to conduct assessments and therapy under supervision.
