Key Responsibilities
- Monitors client interaction and behaviors. Provides a role model for the program participants.
- Provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients to share and grow.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and participation.
- Stay updated on best practices in substance abuse treatment and incorporate new methods into counseling sessions.
Requirements
- Completes all required documentation, in timelines in accordance with program standards.

- HS Diploma required. Bachelors or Associates and/or related experience preferred. CASAC or CASAC-T preferred but not required.
- Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in substance abuse counseling or group facilitation preferred
