Key Responsibilities
- Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients: Oversee care plans, collaborate with PCPs and specialists, and ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Lead a multidisciplinary team: Partner with nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers to provide wraparound care in a virtual-first model
- Ensure continuity of care: Bridge care gaps, coordinate prescriptions, and streamline referrals to remove barriers to timely treatment
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- You hold an unrestricted MD or DO with a Washington state license
- Board Certification in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
- Enrollment in Washington Medicaid required.
- 5 years post residency experience
- Experience managing children with medical complexity.
