Job Description: Flexible Support Services is seeking a Youth Group Leader to provide creative and individualized services to youth (ages 6-22).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic mentoring or group interventions to youth and families within the community.

• Provide and/or arrange transportation for clients to attend groups.

• Collaborate, as appropriate, with other providers and natural supports of youth and families served.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation to reflect services provided.
