Key Responsibilities

• Prepares plans for discharge.

• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team on patient needs, treatment modifications, and progress; applying appropriate standards, policies and procedures and guidelines in caring for patients.

Requirements

• for consideration: Two years’ direct patient occupational therapy care and treatment experience preferred.

• Experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred, we welcome recent graduates to apply Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing is required.

• Basic Life Support/CPR required.
