The Registered SUD Counselor will provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support to clients while managing admissions and discharge processes. They are responsible for facilitating group sessions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with the Program Manager to ensure effective service delivery.
Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED and possess a current drug and alcohol credential from a DHCS-recognized institution. A minimum of one to three years of experience as a case manager is required, along with strong leadership and clinical documentation skills.
