The psychotherapist facilitates daily group sessions and weekly individual and family therapy for patients with substance use disorders. They also function as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team to perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and possess a valid Wisconsin professional license. At least two years of behavioral health therapy experience is required, along with BLS and CPI certifications.
