About the Role

Join Mental Health Treatment Centers Of America, LLC as a Lead Behavioral Health Technician (Lead BHT) FT Nights in United States. We are Harmony Hills Behavioral Health (HHBH), a longstanding residential treatment facility serving adults with primary mental health disorders, in central Florida. We are in Altoona, FL, less than one hour North of Orlando.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Behavioral Health Technician (Lead BHT) to join our team! Schedule: * Lead BHT - 3p - 11p or 11p - 7.

Requirements

Minimum of (2) years of experience as a BHT in a behavioral or mental health environment.

Minimum 1 year experience as a Lead BHT is required.

Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role.

Behavioral Health experience required; background in home health, ER acute care and residential treatment preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $20 - $22/hr

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
