Key Responsibilities
- Proficient with DSM IV and ASAM Placement Criteria and familiar with DSM 5 and new ASAM Placement Criteria.
- Provides referrals/assists clients seeking funding and placement in residential inpatient programs; Coordinate and manages reintegration of clients into their community, work, and family lives.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
