Join Grant Regional Health Center as a Occupational Therapist (OT) in Lancaster, Wisconsin. TITLE: Occupational Therapist (OT) DEPARTMENT: Rehabilitation POSITION STATUS/HOURS: Part-time.8 fte (32 hours/week) Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a combination of swing-bed, inpatient, and outpatient services. Will also perform services in home health and schools as needed.

• Develop patient care plan by utilizing physical agents, perform manual techniques, perform joint mobility techniques, exercises with or without equipment, provides adaptive equipment, manages burn/wound care, manages orthopedic patient.

• Demonstrate effective communication to patient, co-workers, insurance companies, other disciplines within hospital, schools, and home health agencies.

• Adhere to hospital safety policies and protocols.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin.

• Possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

• Able to frequently transfer, lift, turn, or assist patient to or from bed, w/c, toilet or tubs. This requires the ability to push, pull, and lift 25 to 50 pounds unassisted.

• Push/pull patients weighing 78 to 250 pounds in wheelchair or gerichairs. Reposition patients weighing 78 to 250 pounds in chairs and bed to perform therapy treatments, and patient comfort needs.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.
