Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist (ST)

Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist provides speech and language pathology services in accordance with physician-approved treatment plans. They assess patient functioning, set therapeutic goals, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Michigan Speech Therapy license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Previous home health care experience is preferred.
