Social Worker: Inpatient Days

Key Responsibilities

The social worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention for patients with behavioral and psychiatric needs. They will also participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and manage patient caseloads while ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Social Work is required, along with appropriate state licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, or LSW. Two or more years of experience working with this patient population is preferred.
