Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Observe, asses.
- Coordinate preventative and routine medical care for people supported Document nursing care provided Provide cl.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans Promote continuous improv.
- Provide health related trainings to unlicensed personnel Teach medication administration training to unlicen.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited registered nurse program BSN preferred, but not required Current registered nurse license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
- and occasionally pull at least 40 lbs.
- Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop as part of regular job duties.
