Key Responsibilities

Provide behavioral health support to residents including behavioral health assessments, psycho education, skill building, and engaging/maintaining external supports.

Provide supervision and support to psychiatric technicians under the direction of the Program Manager/Director.

Contribute to Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives

Complete tasks associated with County service authorizations and electronic health record maintenance connected to company required BH assessments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field such as psychology, social work, or humans services.

At least 1 year of experience working with individuals in mental health or behavioral health settings.

Must possess an active and unrestricted driver’s license.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $21/hr

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Flexible scheduling available.
