The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve patient function. They also supervise COTA staff, students, and volunteers while participating in multidisciplinary meetings and departmental program development.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. Additionally, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon or shortly after hire.
