About the Role
Join Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital as a Therapist II in United States. Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital delivers mental health and substance use treatment through our inpatient hospital and intensive outpatient programs. All facilities are accredited by CMS and The Joint Commission, the highest authorities in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs psychosocial assessments and substance use assessments on all patients to determine social service needs, diagnosis and plan of care.
- Conducts suicide risk assessments.
- Evaluates patient data to develop and implement a plan of care for the patient.
- Participates in weekly plan of care for each patient; works cooperatively as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Current Nevada license (or intern license) as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor.
- CPR prior to completion of new hire orientation
- CPI prior to completion of new hire orientation Knowledge and Experience
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
- Day shift only - no nights.
