Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform diagnostic tests, develop individualized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for clients in their homes. They are also responsible for educating families and accurately documenting patient care management using electronic systems.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapist license in Arizona and have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are preferred.
