Provide Individual, Family and Group Therapy, supervised by unit clinical leadership

Complete psychosocial assessments and identify psychosocial issues impacting patients and their families

Work with unit team to address resources for aftercare and treatment needs

Work with outside agency’s as part of the discharge planning process
