Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient Pediatrics

Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist conducts comprehensive evaluations and implements individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The role also involves mentoring staff, developing clinical programs, and collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech Pathology and a valid state license, along with at least 5 years of relevant clinical experience. Proficiency in documentation, billing, and patient safety protocols is required, with preference given to those with NICU or special care nursery feeding experience.
