• You will be a clinician leader on the Active Care team, responsible for managing diagnostic dilemmas, complex workups, and patients with multiple ongoing chronic disease management needs.

• Team Management: Provide supervision, teaching and quality oversight to a team of Advanced Practice Providers.

• You will foster a collaborative and supportive clinical environment that will help your team thrive.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: Salary Range: $265,000 - $320,000

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
