Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, evaluating medical history, physical limitations, and personal goals to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other onsite providers to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and rehabilitation.

• Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care techniques, and strategies to prevent further injury or maintain mobility.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and ensure faster recovery.

Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain licensure).

• Experience in manual therapy and personalized rehabilitation preferred.

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology, and evidence-based physical therapy practices.
