The Speech Language Pathologist will perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. They are responsible for developing and revising treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Virginia and possess a certificate of clinical competence or be eligible for one. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are preferred.
