About the Role

Join Vertis Therapy as a Lead Therapist – Leadership Opportunity in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Ensures that rehabilitation services are provided in compliance with Vertis and facility policies and procedures; State, Federal, and professional organization regulatory standards and guidelines.

Coordinates resident screening (PT/OT/SLP) programs.

Serves as advocate for meeting the rehabilitation needs of residents.

Coordinates attendance at care plan and departmental meetings.

Requirements

Current state license/certification Minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation setting serving the same age/type of patient population served by this facility.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Adequate computer skills in order to complete required job duties and computerized documentation.
