About the Role

Join Ascension as a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist in United States. Details Department: Inpatient Eating Disorder Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, occasional weekend coverage Hospital: Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000.00 Salary: $60,060.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patient’s needs and psychosocial status.

Develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for the patient and provide psychotherapy, group and family therapy if applicable.

Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, as appropriate, to develop treatment goals for the patient.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work

LSW, LPC required; LCSW, LCPC preferred
