Details Department: Inpatient Eating Disorder Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, occasional weekend coverage Hospital: Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000.00 Salary: $60,060.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patient’s needs and psychosocial status.

• Develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for the patient and provide psychotherapy, group and family therapy if applicable.

• Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, as appropriate, to develop treatment goals for the patient.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work

• LSW, LPC required; LCSW, LCPC preferred

Work Schedule
