Join ICL Inc. as a Counselor – Entry-Level, $19.80/hr, 24/7 Coverage in United States. Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Specialized training or education in human services may be substituted for experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security.

Report serious incidents immediately and complete incident documentation per policy.

Explain available services and programs; teach daily living skills, socialization, and conflict resolution.

Follow emergency procedures and support the safety of residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED.

Specialized training or education in human services may be substituted for experience.

Experience: One year of related human services experience supporting adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
