Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Remote Consultant

About the Role

Carewell seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Consultant to lead and design scalable caregiver services remotely. This role focuses on strategic leadership and operational design rather than direct clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory on care coordination technology and patient engagement.
• Develop SOPs and workflows for clinical and administrative processes.
• Manage Medicare navigation and financial advocacy for patients.
• Support caregivers and coordinate care logistics.

Requirements

• Active LCSW license.
• Minimum 2 years non-clinical care coordination experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations.
• Comfortable with CRM and video consultations.

Benefits & Compensation

• Contract position, independent contractor (1099).
• Minimum 25 hours/week guaranteed, up to 40 hours based on demand.
• Fully remote.
