About the Role
Join Ophelia Health as a Licensed Clinical Care Manager (Nurse Practitioner) providing telehealth care for patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) and select psychiatric conditions. This full-time role supports stable patients with medication and behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with prescribing clinicians to develop and adjust treatment plans.
- Conduct follow-up visits, induction check-ins, and urine drug screen visits.
- Provide patient education and behavioral health evaluations.
- Document all patient encounters in the EHR.
- Support patients with non-judgmental, compassionate care.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner licensed in Pennsylvania (dual NY license preferred).
- Active DEA license.
- Comfortable working in telehealth and with vulnerable populations.
- 1-3+ years post-training experience preferred.

- Salary: $110,000 annually.
