Key Responsibilities
- and Responsibilities: Patient Care Review medication orders—preferably prior to insurance authorization—to ensure alignment with clinical guidelines and individual patient needs.
- Verify laboratory results, patient status, and appropriate venous access before releasing orders for preparation, ensuring all parameters support safe and effective administration.
- Monitor therapy and recommend dosage adjustments based on patient response and/or laboratory findings.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians within the HFGCC Pharmacy to support timely medication preparation and delivery to infusion suites.
Requirements
- accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency OR 2 years of experience in an infusion or health

- Hourly rate: $93.22/hr.
