- Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice.
- Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with his/her/their SA/SCA and delineation of privileges.

- American Association of Nurse Practitioners
- American Association of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, APRN
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License
- State of Ohio Board of Nursing, NCCPA
