Key Responsibilities

• Deliver massage and/or esthetic treatments in accordance with THE WELL’s brand standards, protocols, and safety guidelines.

• Lead by example in guest consultation, treatment execution, and post

• treatment recommendations.

• Ensure treatment rooms are properly set up, broken down, and maintained throughout the day.

Requirements

• Promote a safe and respectful environment for guests and team members.

• May serve in a designated administrative capacity (e. g., DEM) if required, under the direction of leadership. Qualifications: Required

• Active state license in Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
