Key Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, and in collaboration with physician & Nurse Practitioner colleagues, responsible for diagnosing and treating patients.

• Provides continuity of patient care by facilitating and coordinating communication between the health care team, patient and patient’s family.

• Coordinates care to ensure quality, effective care and patient safety.

• Provides up to date and best practice medical care with other duties as assigned.
