Manage a daily patient caseload by implementing physical therapy care programs, modalities, and exercises in home settings. Document patient progress and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care and discharge planning.
Requires graduation from an approved PTA program, current state licensure as a PTA, and BLS HCP certification. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are mandatory for home visits.
