Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling and therapy for Hospice patients, family members and community individuals who have experienced the loss of a significant person through grief.
- Demonstrate contact of all clients within established time frames and provide appropriate documentation. Document at least two additional attempts to reach an assigned client before closing the case.
- Demonstrate a willingness to provide counseling services such as on call crisis intervention, individual and group, on a flexible schedule as needed, including some week nights, weekends and at camp.
- Excellent communication; via phone, email, and in person.
Requirements
- If hired after 5/26/2024, master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field required.
- If hired prior to 5/26/2024, bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field preferred.
- Clear Level 2 background check Certificates/Licenses/Registration Must possess a valid Drivers' License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Professional Licensure as required by state where care is being provided.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $55,232 - $86,300
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
