Key Responsibilities

• A caregiver in this position primarily works 2nd shift with scheduled hours of 2:00 p. m.

• This role also includes one project day per week, which may occur on either 1st or 2nd shift.

Requirements

• A caregiver who excels in this role will: Lead and coordinate work activities for assigned practice areas and provide feedback to caregivers regarding performance under the direction of the manager.

• Train and mentor caregivers and residents and precept students.

• Participate in interviewing and recommend selection of candidates.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• No weekends required.
