The Nursing House Supervisor oversees clinical services operations during the absence of Nurse Managers and Department Directors, ensuring smooth hospital operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role also serves as a key resource for clinical decision-making, personnel matters, and general problem-solving.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing and have more than 3 years of required experience, along with current Registered Nurse licensure in both Illinois and Iowa (Iowa licensure required within 1 year). Basic Life Support training is a mandatory special training requirement.
