About the Role

Join ADDICTION AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, LLC as a Therapist – Addiction & Mental Health in United States. Red Oak Recovery Center is a clinician-run treatment program with three campuses established to serve the needs of our clients. Our treatment facilities are located in Leicester, Fletcher, and Ellenboro, NC.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families

Accurately assess clients and develop individualized treatment goals, using client input, and client strengths, abilities, needs and preferences

Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions to assist clients in overcoming challenges

Produce assessments, treatment plans, and other records in a timely manner

Requirements

Master’s degree in human service field

Licensed as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT or license eligible

Experience in facilitating group therapy

Experience with experiential therapy Preferred Qualifications
