Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care, palliate and manage terminal illness in compliance with the state Nurse Practice Act u.
  • Manage health conditions and terminal illness by developing an individualized plan of care, prescribing med.
  • Provide clinical information to the hospice medical director for interpretation of eligibility for hospice r.
  • coordinate and oversee patient care in consultation with the hospice interdisciplinary team and other healthcar.
