The Licensed Therapist develops and implements individualized treatment plans while providing individual, group, and family therapy services. They also supervise group living staff and ensure the program maintains compliance with all relevant regulations.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree (MA, MS, or MSW) and possess a valid LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC license. At least three years of experience working with juveniles and prior case management experience are required.
