About the Role
Join Apis Services Inc as a REGISTERED NURSE in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive nursing assessment for each consumer assigned, and a follow up assessment every 90 days.
- Ensure new consumers have an initial physical examination on admission and annually.
- Assess consumer medical needs and arrange for appropriate medical treatment and follow up in conjunction with other team members.
- Review the outcome of each medical appointment and arrange follow up appointments or recommended diagnostic testing.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a current license as a Professional Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred.
- Must have experience working in a psychiatric setting as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR and First Aid Certification required upon hire.
